Communities We Serve

We are based in Altadena and work across the western San Gabriel Valley and the foothill communities around it. Each city has its own permitting agency and, in some cases, its own utility, so we start every job by confirming who issues the permit for your address.

Altadena

Our home base, at 2408 Lincoln Ave. Altadena is unincorporated LA County, so permits go through LA County Public Works Building & Safety and power is supplied by SCE. We do a lot of work in older foothill homes and on Eaton Fire rebuilds, from temporary power poles to new services.

Pasadena

Pasadena runs its own building department and its own electric utility, Pasadena Water and Power, rather than SCE. That changes who you coordinate with on service upgrades and EV chargers. Pasadena’s older homes often need panel and wiring updates.

South Pasadena

A city with its own building department and a large stock of early-20th-century homes, where knob-and-tube wiring, ungrounded outlets and undersized panels come up often.

San Marino

Mostly larger single-family homes, where whole-home rewiring, panel upgrades, landscape lighting and EV charging are typical projects. Permits go through the City of San Marino.

La Cañada Flintridge

A foothill city just west of Altadena with a similar mix of older and newer hillside homes, where surge protection, backup power and panel capacity are common concerns.

Sierra Madre

A small foothill city east of Altadena with many older homes. We handle repairs, rewiring, panel upgrades and lighting. Permits go through the City of Sierra Madre.

Arcadia

Residential and commercial work across Arcadia, including service upgrades, EV chargers and tenant improvements. Permits go through the City of Arcadia.

Eagle Rock

A neighbourhood of the City of Los Angeles, so permits go through LADBS and power is supplied by LADWP, not SCE.

Office hours are Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. Electrical emergencies are handled 24/7.

Pricing: A standard service call fee applies. We quote it on the phone before we dispatch and credit it against the work if you go ahead. You get a firm written price once we have assessed the job.
